We space plan the room or rooms of your choice and give you a totally new space. This service is by the project. We have a minimum charge for this service of $150.00. We offer full service Residential and Commercial Design from conception to completion. If you are building a new home or office or simply remodeling we can help. We work with architects and contractors to see that your dreams for your home or office become a reality. We offer design services for lighting, space planning, and specification for flooring, lighting and plumbing fixtures, paint, cabinets, doors, and hardware. There are many tools you, as a realtor, use to market your client’s home. We would love to partner with you, as one of your most valuable tools. We can help your client’s homes stand out from the competition. We offer a 20% discount to Realtors for our staging services. Many realtors take advantage of our no cost, no obligation initial consultation and allow us to show their clients the benefits of staging their home for sale. We also allow the realtors to pass on their 20% discount to their clients. However, you choose to present staging to your clients we are there to help. Design Tips
When you decide to paint a room, there are several things you will need to consider:
- What function does the room provide? Do you want to create a relaxed atmosphere or do you want to create an energetic space? These questions will help you decide if you want a cool (relaxed) color such as blue or green or if a warm (More energetic) color such as red, orange or yellow might be more appropriate.
- What colors do you like? If you don’t care for yellow, it probably is not going to be a good choice for a color in your home or office. Choose colors you like.
- “I thought this was a great color, but it looks awful up on my walls?” Bring home samples of the color you like before you actually purchase the paint and paint a large square on the wall, then take a couple of days to observe the paint and how it looks at different times of the day and in different lighting. The perception of color is governed by the light that is cast upon it. So this is a very important step in choosing a color. Not all light is the same and paint colors will look different in different light.
